Supervisors/Team Leaders (Call Centre & Customer Service)
The Training and Quality Supervisor aims to ensure that the service the company provide is fit for its purpose and meets client expectations. A corporate quality manager co-ordinates the activities required to meet this aim.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring that quality management system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirement of the International Standard (ISO 9001:2008);
• Reports on performance of the quality management system to management for review and corrective action, including needs for improvement;
• Promotes the awareness of customer requirements and expectations throughout the company;
• Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation and administration of the quality management system;
• Liaises with external parties on matters relating to the training & quality management system;
• Coordinates with other section to ensure the effective implementation of the quality management system;
• Ensures that quality surveillance audits are carried out regularly as specified in the quality manual
• Convenes management review at regular interval and to continually review and improve the quality management system;
• Identifies and implements six sigma projects for process improvements;
• Aligns the project output with the COE Financial Targets and Client/Customer Satisfaction;
• Strengthen Quality Management processes to improve Process Performance through various Quality Tools;
• Liaises with process heads to identify opportunity areas and prepare and implement improvement roadmap;
• Ensures smooth and closed loop implementation of practices for internal and external audits;
• Ensures Quality (internal and external) Targets are met; and
• Innovate and re-engineer processes when needed.
