The Role

This is a full-time remote role for an Engineering Execution Manager. As an Engineering Execution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects, ensuring the successful execution of technical initiatives within the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering, QA, product, and business teams, oversee project milestones and deliverables, and ensure efficient resource allocation. You'll oversee a team of developers to drive success but also provide code reviews and assistance. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a focus on driving results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years minimum experience with NodeJS and React
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (such as Jira) and methodologies
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the financial or fintech industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 9pm-6am PH Time

Work Location

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
