Job Description

As a team member, you'll deliver robust solutions within business constraints while adhering to controls. Your role entails:

  • Leading coding delivery, meeting quality standards and project deadlines
  • Exploring methods to enhance team productivity
  • Ensuring alignment with IT road maps and strategies
  • Maintaining system service levels (availability, security, performance)
  • Influencing overall architecture direction
  • Proficiency in modern tools, platforms, and DevOps concepts
  • Attention to detail in code, efficiency, and design
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Developing and maintaining software development standards
  • Mentoring and coaching other developers
  • Working independently or collaboratively
  • Taking ownership of tasks and assigned systems/services
  • Promoting best practices proactively
  • Availability for out-of-hours support when necessary
  • Experience in agile development lifecycle
  • Effective communication with various stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

Experience with the latest versions of JavaScript (ES7/ESNext), HTML, CSS and npm

* Experience with Typescript

* Familiarity with modern frameworks (ReactJS, Vue, Svelte) is a plus

* Knowledge on Web components, W3C Standards, and Web accessibility

* Internationalization and Localization
