Commanding the Care: Your Mission Mandates Unfold

Contract Management:

• Ensure on-time placement, overall-fill rate, right-fit percentage, and replacement on-time fill rate meet quality standards and comply with government contract deliverables.
• Develop, drive, and maintain a detailed master project schedule, including milestones, metrics, cost estimates, work plans, resources, communication plans, issue resolution plans, and status reports.
• Manage timely delivery of healthcare staffing services to Government clinics, ensuring providers' duty schedules are filled.
• Oversee day-to-day operational and budget aspects of projects, resolving issues and managing scope creep.
• Forecast and compare project costs, managing expenditures to meet budgetary controls.
• Foster positive relationships with team members, clients, and leadership counterparts.
• Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and assign resources to each project.
• Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and execution.
• Maintain responsibility for all open positions, managing candidate intake, conducting profile reviews, coordinating interviews, and facilitating credentialing and onboarding of new hires.

Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate with Contracting Officers and Representatives to monitor healthcare staff performance and ensure company compliance with contract requirements and government regulations.
• Provide timely reporting of contract performance metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Identify project risks and gaps, creating risk mitigation plans and managing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Oversee deliverables assigned to colleagues, vendors, finance, HR, and others to ensure timely completion of auxiliary services.
• Conduct regular project team meetings, keeping the team informed of changes and planning future actions.

Reporting:

• Prepare meeting notes and ensure project documents are complete and current.
• Track cost, schedule, and performance, preparing documents and developing project-specific policies and procedures.
• Prepare briefing charts, schedule meetings, and record minutes.
• Submit monthly contract status reports in a timely fashion, proposing plans to correct any variances or adjustments.

Quality Management:

• Mitigate risks, maintain quality assurance, and address concerns during Contract Startup, Sustainment, and Closeout phases.
• Anticipate and resolve procurement challenges and problems, working with the Business Development team to plan contract capture and expand scope.
• Communicate issues or client process changes to senior management as needed.
• Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with vendors, coordinating with Legal/Executives when applicable to provide formal responses.
• Ensure program compliance with government and corporate policies and mandates, adhering to directives from governing entities.

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Art (B.A.) in Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline
• Desired PMP certification
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of project management or training experience in healthcare or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong business analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
