Be part of our Company here at Mighty Lynx Solutions Inc. We are looking for a IT Specialist that will be assigned here at Northridge Plaza Congressional Quezon City.

REPORTS to: COO

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems. I.T Technician responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware and being the primary point of contact for IT support within the company.

A good I.T specialist makes sure that all computers and software are running smoothly.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain the firewall of all sites OPNsenseMaintain and respond to user issues with ERPnextMaintain and respond to users' issues with Voip (Issabel)Maintain and respond to user issues with wifi connectivity (Omada)Install and configure Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and other software used by the company.Fix I.T related problems in the officeRecommend new technologies that can help the company.REQUIREMENTS (Skills & Experience)Must be Computer Literate (MS Office, Google Worksheets, and basic computer usage)Must be an I.T graduate and have work experience of at least 2 years in the industry.Must have basic knowledge in configuring firewalls, wifi, PABX, and ERP systems.
