What you'll do:

As an Investments Manager specialising in Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimise investment portfolios, making informed decisions based on your comprehensive understanding of market trends, economic conditions, and industry-specific factors. You will also be tasked with identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing them with regular updates on their investments. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key in this role as you ensure that all investment activities comply with relevant financial regulations.

  • Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the organisation's financial goals and risk tolerance
  • Manage and monitor investment portfolios, ensuring they are well-diversified and in line with the investment policy
  • Analyse market trends, economic conditions, and industry-specific factors to make informed investment decisions
  • Allocate assets strategically to maximise returns while managing risk
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential investments, including company financials, industry trends, and market dynamics
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate investment risks
  • Track the performance of investment portfolios and provide regular reports to senior management or clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or stakeholders, providing them with investment updates and addressing their concerns
  • Ensure that all investment activities comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Investments Manager role is a seasoned professional with a strong background in investment management, particularly within the Real Estate sector. You will bring to the table a proven track record of successful portfolio management, underpinned by your strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Your excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and risk management will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, your proficiency in using financial software and tools will enable you to perform your duties efficiently. Your strong communication and presentation skills will be key in building and maintaining relationships with clients.

  • Minimum 4 years of significant work experience in investment management, with a proven track record of successful investment and portfolio management
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and risk management
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in fast-paced environments
