Prior experience in a similar role is required. If you're a Setter/Closer, your main goal is to connect with leads, assess prospects, and finalize sales for high-ticket sales of holistic health and business coaching programs.

Using effective communication skills and a good understanding of the client's brand voice, you'll play a vital role in turning leads into loyal customers.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Remote High-Ticket Sales Management: Manage the complete sales process for high-ticket health coaching and business coaching programs remotely.
  • Setting and Closing Deals: Interact with leads through various channels to convert them into paying clients.
Match the client's brand tone and keep a friendly attitude while interacting with leads.

  • Lead Management: Identify and make the most of sales opportunities from the leads pool.
Evaluate leads to ensure they are a good fit for the coaching programs and spot any potential issues.
Keep track of leads, follow up through direct messages, and efficiently close deals with top-notch communication.

  • Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media interactions, guide leads to direct messages, and handle manual link sharing if needed.

Compensation
* $3.6k-$12k per year
* $3.6k-$6k fixed rate plus 10% commission for each sale closed

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Background as a Setter/Closer or similar position
  • Experience in remote high-ticket sales, preferably in holistic healthcare or business coaching
