Job Description

The main responsibilities of a Beauty Advisor:

  • Conduct in store and/or remote sales initiatives
  • Selling of products by meeting clients' needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service throughout the whole client experience
  • Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products
  • Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Master Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge
  • Merchandising & inventory management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Beauty Advisor applicant:

  • Must have experience in retail/ store sales and must have handled make-up, skincare or fragrance/ perfume products
  • Confidence in upholding and presenting themselves as a luxury brand ambassador
  • Sales- driven
  • Sociable and a people- person
  • *Open to fresh graduates*
