a. Under the direction of the COO/President and Comptroller, to develops, implements, and updates personnel policies, procedures, memos, and forms.
b. Stays current with laws and regulations affecting personnel issues (Equal employment, employee safety, etc.), employment practices or trends and recommends new or revised policies and procedures as appropriate.
c. Assists and supports department managers and all employees regarding personnel issues.
d. Coordinates and assists with employee recruitment, hiring, orientation and training, terminations and exit interviews.
e. Coordinates and assists manager with employee reviews and performance appraisals.
f. Establishes and maintains personnel records (201 file) including the opening of payroll account and maintaining employee update report, company organization charts and employee directory.
g. Handles the enrollment and cancellation of HMO, handles worker's compensation claims, accident reports, return to work and disability slips.
h. Handles the system encoding of government mandatory contribution updates on each respective online system of HDMF/SSS/Philhealth and processing of application for new employees.
i. Semi-monthly preparation of timekeeping and leave monitoring.
j. Handles the application of new globe lines, renewal, and monitoring of the corporate accounts.
k. Updates the ISO procedures and any revisions and additions on the procedures.
l. Performs other related duties as required or as assigned like PEZA documents processing for VAT, VISA, DOLE.
m. Handles Performance Management system of Rank and File up to Staff level.
