About the role:

  • This role is to ensure Purchase Orders are issued in accordance with Nexperia' s Procurement Policy.

What you will do:

  • Generate Purchase Orders and resolve any related queries on a timely manner.
  • Ensure Purchase Orders are issued in accordance with Nexperia' s ProcurementPolicy.
  • Track open orders, supplier and delivery date confirmations to ensure that businessneeds are met, and any disruption avoided.
  • Ensure fulfillment of Service Level Agreement (SLA) and accurate processing ofrequests to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to solve issues related to Purchas Order/Maintenance.
  • Support Accounts Payable team in resolving complicated cases to ensure thatinvoices are effectively processed.
  • Run regular reports and other ad hoc reports necessary for analysis and processimprovement.
  • Contribute and participate in process improvement drives.
  • Participate in customer calls as needed.
  • Cover for other team members, as necessary.

What you will need:

  • Can manage any of the procurement process independently
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and must be willing to work onshifting schedules
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Highly motivated team player with clear focus on delivering
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient with MS Office and SAP
