Job Summary :


As an Outbound Holiday Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers and persuade them to purchase holiday travel packages and related services.

You will utilize your knowledge of holiday destinations and travel products to provide customers with tailored recommendations, answer their questions, address concerns, and close sales.

Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Sales Activities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote holiday packages.
Provide information about various travel destinations, packages, and promotions.
Answer inquiries and address customer concerns to facilitate sales.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide assistance and information throughout the booking process.

Operation Support:
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., operations, suppliers) to ensure smooth execution of holiday packages.
Assist in handling bookings, reservations, and cancellations.
Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues that may arise during a customer's trip.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Ensure all necessary documentation for bookings and operations is complete and organized.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Provide customers with detailed information about holiday packages, accommodations, and activities.

Sales Targets:
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus)
Proven 2yrs + experience in outbound sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry in the Philippines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of holiday destinations, travel packages, and related services.
Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Adaptability to changing sales strategies and targets.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
