JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year Food and Beverage related course or at least college level. Senior High school graduate with NCII.
- Minimum of 1-year work experience in a casual dine-in restaurant or fast food is advantageous.
- Recent Graduate with On-the-Job Training background as a Barista.
- Ideally have experience working in coffee or beverage establishments like Starbucks, UCC, Coffee Bean, Bo's Coffee, Krispy Kreme, Tim Hortons, Jamba Juice, Seattle Best, and Cinnabon.
- Experience from McDonald's, Kenny Rogers, Shakey's, J-Co, Burger King, Banapple, TGIF, Mesa Filipino, Wendy's, Shangri-La, and Jollibee Food Corporation, is also considered.
- Visible tattoos are permitted as long as they can be concealed or covered by an arm sleeve.

  • Promote company products by educating customers, preparing, and serving a variety of drinks.
  • Welcome customers by assessing their interests and needs.
  • Educate customers by presenting and explaining the drink menu, as well as answering questions.
  • Prepare and serve drinks following specified recipes and preparation techniques for various beverages like milk tea, fruit tea, fresh tea, cream and latte, juice, chocolate, slush, and coffee.
  • Drive revenues by attracting new customers, introducing new services, and expanding product offerings.
  • Manage inventory by restocking supplies, ensuring stock levels, and addressing maintenance needs.
  • Ensure equipment is operational by adhering to guidelines, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating repairs when necessary.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment in compliance with organization standards and sanitation protocols.
  • Welcome customers upon entry and provide them with drink menus, addressing any inquiries about ingredients.
  • Take orders with attention to detail, considering customer preferences for drinks, dairy, and sugar ratios.
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance requirements promptly.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Relay customer feedback to management and suggest new menu additions.
