ACCIONA, in its Construction Business is looking for a Precast Manager based in Philippines.

Descripción del puesto

Functions:

  • Project management responsible for the design, implementation and execution of the precast yard.
  • Fully responsible of the accomplishment of the health and safety and Quality at the precast yards.
  • Responsible for the operation of the facility, cost control, process standardization.
  • Planification of the production and storage according to installation schedule.
  • Selection and approval from client of the materials to be used in the construction: Concrete, inserts, repairing materials, moulds, equipment.
  • Supervise the planning and resources for the setup and execution of the casting yard.
  • Coordination of the development and approval of the concrete mixes.
  • Coordination with technical team the preparation and approval of construction drawings.
  • Development and implementation of the QMS and controls of the process and ITP.
  • Coordination and monitoring the different areas of the PCY: Planning, quality, Health and Safety, production, procurement and cost.

Requisitos del candidato

  • Requirements:
  • University degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 15 years of experience in Construction.
  • English advance
