Sales Director

• Will manage 3 groups of sales managers with their 3 property specialists (real estate).
• Plans and systematized goals.
• Manage and exceed or reach the set business targets assigned within certain territories in real estate sales.
• Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set targets in real estate.*Work to improve the customer base for clients in real estate.
• Build and maintain good and lasting relationships with clients (those who will invite to invest in real estate condominiums or house and lots).
• Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports.

Requirements:

• Knows the feasible marketable place in real estate.
• Knowledge of the trends in real estate sales.
• College graduate.
• With great track record in real estate sales industry.
• With at least 3-5 years experience handling a sales team in real estate.
• Can effectively handle and manage a team in real estate.
• Good command in English.-Preferably licensed real estate broker.
• Able to recruit 3 sales managers with 3 PCs each (real estate sales industry) to be on boarded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
