Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer

Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Postgraduate degree in Computer Programming or 3 years of relevant work experience

as Team Leader is a plus

Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & up Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer -

Software or equivalent.

Work experience in Banking Industry is an advantage

Functional Relationship

Develop and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with the following:

Internal (within Post)

President

Vice-President

Consultant

External (outside Post)

Vendors/Contractors

Clients

Roles and Responsibilities

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good

practices and habits.

Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects

to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business

applications

Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, estimates and work

plans.

Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and

maintenance of software.

Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.

Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

Package and support deployment of releases.

SR. JAVA DEVELOPER/TEAM LEADER

Work with teammates in the migration.

Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.

Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.

Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare

documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.

Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and

on-budget.

Provide third-level support to business users.

Research and evaluate a variety of software products

Technical Skill

Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others

Experience in formal personal development planning and individual, team and process

performance management

Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software

development projects in a structured environment

Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies

including Agile and Waterfall

Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design

Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement

approaches

Strong facilitation and coaching skills

Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks

Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges

Comfortable working without routine supervision

A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies

Pay: Php90, Php120,000.00 per month
