Responsible for providing assistance to customers by helping customers with their loan applications, resolving complaints and issues, as well as providing status of their accounts and loan applications.

Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services

Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.

Escalating queries and concerns

Working with other departments to find appropriate solutions for all queries and complaints received.

Requirements

1 year experience in Customer Service

Can converse in English Language

Graduate of any 4 year course
