Duties and Responsibilities:1. Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications.2. Obtain and assess all certificates and documents of the candidates.3. Meet walk-in applicants, collect, and assess CVs.4. Communicate and update employers through weekly reporting on the mobilization status of selected workers.5. Forward collected CVs to employers for evaluation and interviews.6. Build candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs.7. Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time frame.8. Ensure adherence to all recruitment policies, procedures, and techniques, and recommend improvements.9. Provide support in recruitment, pre-assessment, mobilization, and deployment processes.10. Assist employers and applicants during the interview process and submit accomplishment reports.11. Participate in job fairs and all activities necessary to fulfill manpower requirements.12. Adhere to recruitment procedures and policies from receiving approved job requisitions to matching candidates with required job descriptions and up to the stage of job joining.13. Ensure timely preparation of letters of appointment, job offers, and contracts for newly hired employees.14. Ensure completion of new hire files; ensure 100% endorsement of applicants for hiring, documentation, and deployment.15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior.16. At least two years of experience in recruitment with background in supervising.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
