What you will be doing:

• Supports the production and preparation of Le Bar menu items in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and specifications.
• Ensures sufficient mise-en-place is available and ensures operation is running smoothly at all times.
• Creates new innovative dishes concerning his/her line of specialty.

Your experience and skills include:

• Preferably a graduate of a degree in Culinary or any related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant working experience in a luxury hotel or in the same capacity.
• Knowledgeable of HACCP and Food Safety Management System.
• Amenable to work in shifts.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
