Recommend catch up plans if needed. Coordination and reporting of accomplishments/concerns to Assistant Head Engineer.Forecasting and request of materials needed. Prepares, Monitor, Checks and Controls materials requisitions.Execution of Construction Drawings.Daily Monitoring of activities (logbook).Coordination with Subcontractor thru toolbox meetings– manpower, materials, equipment/tools and other necessary construction guidelines and policies.Preparation of Progress Billing to labor-only sub-contractors and Quarterly Billing to labor and materials sub-contractorsMonthly submission of Inventory Report for tools and equipment. Weekly submission of Construction Progress Report.Daily Checking of Timekeeping Reports.Attend weekly RAG meeting, pre-construction meetings and other meetings required by the officeAttend punch listing when necessary.Daily and weekly sending of progress update for each project. Education and Work Experience:

Employee must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Civil Engineering.At least 1-2 years of working experience in architecture or construction firm.1-2 years of working experience on residential projects.
