  • Prepare and monitor the daily schedule of trips.
  • Create an inventory of the displayed items.
  • Responsible for monitoring and is accountable for equipment, attachments, and rental equipment inventories.
  • Plan warehouses and distribution centers for efficiency in both operations and capacity.
  • Organize transportation activities, including storage of supplies, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
  • Coordinate and track the movement of equipment through logistic pathways.
  • Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
  • Maintains quality by following the standard logistic processes.
  • Manages the inbound and outbound of units, attachments, rental units, and company vehicles.
  • Monitor and ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment and vehicles, both in the shop and at the project sites.
  • Ensures the ready status of idle equipment.
  • Generate fuel monitoring and repairs and maintenance reports.
  • Consolidate daily equipment utilization reports and operator reports.
  • Accepts and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.

    Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of Business Management or other related courses.
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Advance Customer Service skills.Analytical and problem-solving ability.Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to retain a positive and professional attitude under pressure.Have at least 1 year of administrative support experience.
