As a Finance Associate, you shall engage your services to perform the following duties:

 

Responsibilities:

Preparation of weekly billing statements, official receipts issuing, and accounts receivable ledger maintenance.Preparation of check vouchers and maintenance of accounts payable ledgerRecording of weekly revenues and incomeRecording and monitoring of Cost of Goods Sold/Cost of services/expensesMaintenance of general ledger accounts.Assist in monthly and quarterly closing of the books, including tax compliances.Assist in financial and tax audits when applicable.Assist in the preparation of the annual financial statements.Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
