JOB DESCRIPTIONTo design and formulate information reports and monitor the operation and maintenance of various facilities namely;Building – Factory, Office, Commercial Apartments, ResidenceMachineriesTools, Equipments & Supplies (facilities and production fixed & consumable)VehiclesTo facilitate annual renewal and documentations of the following:Municipal Business Permit Registration and related certificatesSEC Report (GIS)PCABVehicle InsuranceVehicle registrationTo distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).To maintain and update company databases.Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.To implement and improve existing safety, housekeeping guidelines to establish standard operating procedures.  To oversee work performed by Contractors, Company Personnel and Utility Staff.To ensure proper waste management and disposal.To attend problems that may arise from day to dayJOB QUALIFICATIONS:     Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management is a plusProven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar roleSolid knowledge of office proceduresExperience with office management software (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point)Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitudeExcellent in written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail
