Assistant Payroll Specialist

What is the Job all about?
This job will be responsible for providing organized and dependable support to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payroll-related processes and reporting for multiple countries globally.
You will be reporting to the HR Manager, Payroll Operations Center, and will be assigned to work in Pasig City.
Your main responsibilities:
- Payroll reporting – Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual payroll reports either generated by the payroll provider’s system or manually. (35%)
- Payroll processing -Performing in-house payroll processes in our global Payroll Provider’s system based on process description. (25%)
- Payroll validation – Cross-comparison of the payroll inputs versus the payroll output calculation file. (25%)
- Internal communication – Communicating with the original process owner country i.e. with the Local Payroll Consultant, HR Country Manager, or other local stakeholders (10%)
- Vendor communication – Communicating with the global payroll provider in case of technical issues. (5%)
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in Payroll & Benefits
- Payroll processing and Payroll output validation experience
- Experience with outsourced payroll provider setup
- Possession of process efficiency mindset
- Must speak and write English fluently.
- Experience from a global company (Preferred)
