JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

Office Management: Oversee office operations, including office supplies management and facility maintenance.Data Entry & Filing:  Accurately update and maintain store information and manpower data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.Documentation & Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure that stores maintain required documentation and compliance in their operations.Audit and Compliance Support: Assist in preparing for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, including organizing documents.Maintenance Follow-Up: Track and follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for department members.Visitor Coordination: Facilitate smooth visit experiences for VIPs and suppliers by liaising with relevant teams and ensuring a welcoming environment.Reporting and Analysis: Generate compliance tracking reports, store closure reports, documentation adherence reports, manpower shortage reports, and provide regular updates to management.Accomplish other tasks assigned by RTM Heads as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.Previous experience in administrative roles.Proficient in basic Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, AVERAGEIF, COUNTIF, etc.Computer literate.Willing to work onsite (Marikina City) from Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM.
