What you'll be doing
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issuesInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and related equipmentRespond to and resolve user inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient mannerAssist with the development and implementation of IT policies and proceduresCollaborate with the IT team to identify and address technological challengesMaintain thorough documentation and records of all IT-related activitiesParticipate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesWhat we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk roleStrong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network systemsProficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office productivity softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff and studentsAbility to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve objectivesAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and systemsWhat we offer
