The Travel Counselor/Consultant is primarily responsible for delivering travel management services, specifically in booking and reservations and documentation requirements for all travels involving usual destinations.

 

Qualifications:

FRESH GRADUATES with College / Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Travel/Hotel Management are highly encouraged to applyFor those who have worked in the Travel Industry, the candidate must have at least 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience.We are also open to experienced candidates who have completed at least 2nd year in College.Basic understanding of domestic and international travel requirements and destination knowledge is a plus.Hands-on knowledge of the GDS system (eg: Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre) is a plus but not a mandatory requirementMust have excellent customer service, written, and oral communication skills.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good team player and collaborative mindset to drive the best outcomeSuccessful candidates must be open to work onsite in Makati City and BGC, Taguig City.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate business or leisure travel arrangements for accounts, including air, hotel, car, and ground transportation arrangements.Understand customers' needs to propose the best alternatives in terms of pricing & routingPlanning travel itineraries, making reservations & ticketing for domestic and international marketsGain knowledge and adherence to clients' procedures, programs, and policy guidelinesCheck document validity, and provide accurate visa requirements and application details at the time of reservationBuild and maintain good working relationships with our leisure and corporate clients.
