Responsibilities

INVENTORY and WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

Maintains stock in physical form in the warehouse;maintains real time stock information in SAP inventory system;Manage the movement of stocks in the warehouse;Replenish materials and critical items;Monitor the indicators of inventory levels;Identify duplicate parts and their reclassification;Classify parts and materials descriptions; Identify and endorse obsolete and items for disposal IN ORDER TO manage inventorylevels, warehouse and ensure availability of materials. Responsible for identifying and or disposing obsolete inventoryHandle the whole warehouse operations

SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT

Manages and handles SAP functional processes and systems (maintenance, inventories and purchasing modules) IN ORDER TO monitor material movements and coordinate all production supply requirements.

INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION

Coordinate with Operations to conclude month end transactions IN ORDER TO provide accurate reports and comply with institutional policies and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably engineering course)at least 3 years Warehouse Supervisor experienceknowledgeable in SAP
