Design, develop, and optimize complex Pega applications. Demonstrate understanding of workflows, integrations, and system optimizationEngage with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers, providing valuable insights

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of hands-on experience in Pega developmentKnowledgeable in Pega Platform Architecture and design principles, as well as Pega integration patterns.Nice-to-have: Pega Certification, preferably Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)Experienced in Agile/Scrum/DevOps projectsGood communicator (written and verbal)
