Position: WordPress Multisite Developer with SEO & Social Media Expertise
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Type: Contract/Freelance which is Project Based + Ongoing Hourly which is Part Time

Responsibilities:

(Contract/Freelance-Project Based)

WordPress Multisite Development: Design, develop, and manage a WordPress Multisite network which drives organic traffic, is U.S mortgage industry compliant and is tailored to our business needs.SEO Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, including keyword research to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.Content Optimization: Collaborate on pillar and cluster topics, optimize website content, and implement on-page SEO techniques.Backlink Building: Develop and manage high-quality backlinking strategies to enhance domain authority.

(Ongoing/Part-Time)

Social Media Management: Set up and manage business accounts on various social media platforms, including regular content postings.Blogging: Create and maintain a blog with SEO-optimized content to engage our audience and improve search rankings.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.Collaboration: Work closely with the business owner to align web strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in developing and managing WordPress Multisite networks.SEO Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including backlinking, keyword research, and content optimization. Excellent understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.Technical Skills:  Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with PHP and MySQL is a plus.Social Media Skills:  Familiarity with setting up and managing business accounts on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and InstagramCommunication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Motivated Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the finance or mortgage industry.Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients and industry compliance.Knowledge of content management and blogging platforms.

Compensation:

Competitive pay, commensurate with experience.Payment structures: Project-based for website development. Hourly for ongoing social media marketing, blogging, monitoring website performance and SEO metrics.
