Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionallyProvide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customersIdentify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departmentsEnsure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skillsMaintain customer records and update relevant information in the systemCollaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experienceMeet or exceed individual and team targets

Monthly Salary: PHP 21,000

Requirements

At least 6 months of BPO experienceStrong phone contact handling skills and active listening skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyMust be willing to work on-site Shaw Mandaluyong
