Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from current and prospective customers regarding company's services ·Provide introductory information to new customers ·Maintain customer records by updating account information using CRM ·Contact customers to follow-up with concerns and satisfaction ·Troubleshoot common issues with product or service ·Resolve other issues via phone, email, mail, or social media ·Schedule technicians for customer appointments using CRM/Dispatch Software ·Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary · Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Available to start ASAPAssociate or Bachelor's degree holderMust have at least 2-3 years of experience in a (Voice) Customer Care or Technical Support accountDetail-oriented, multi-tasker, and can effectively manage multiple demands.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Prior experience in handling a telco account is preferred, but not required.Amenable to work in a fixed night shift schedule, including PH holidays, and weekends.Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City (when work-in-office resumes)
