Key Responsibilities:
Work with Business Unit stakeholders in the design of the program/curricula for technical training.Develop training modules.Implement through facilitation and/or conduct of the training modules with the Subject Matter Experts.Monitor and ensure completion of required training programs identified before and during the deployment of the employee.Manage and maintain technical training database of the Business Unit.Design and development of the technical training programs of the Business Units.Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the technical training program from stakeholders' inputs, employee performance and results of Quality Systems auditAdheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent relevant experienceMinimum of 3 years of previous experience as a trainer or related role.Knowledgeable in manufacturing assembly processes, and/or assembly training manuals creation, technical requirements interpretation (PS, LCPS, FSI-PS, MPS etc.)Strict adherence to training metrics align to BU requirements.Organize and able to create multiple timelines and schedules. Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities.Preferably with experience within a manufacturing environment in the areas of Production, Engineering or Quality.Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.Strong analytical skills in manufacturing process and business process.Good understanding of Quality Management System.Strong commitment to develop people and coaching capability.Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and instructional software.Competencies:

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
