Duties and Responsibilities:

RECRUITMENT

1. Ensures end-to-end recruitment processes are properly initiated.

2. Ensure recruitment criteria conform to standards of professionals/statistical testing.

3. Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet the human resources needs of an organization.

4. Provide applicants with information regarding compensation, job benefits and working conditions.

5. Conduct interviews and review applications to match candidates with job requirements.

6. Carry out search for choice candidates by using the services of recruiting agencies and networking or internet resources interview exiting employees and process the paperwork for employment termination.

7. Ensure company recruitment processes support guidelines for equal employment opportunities.

8. Review applicant qualifications to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements for licensing.

9. Conducts job fairs to Barangays and Municipalities for different local government units.

EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS

1. Explain human resources policies, standards, and procedures to employees to ensure compliance.

2. Use human resources management software to prepare and maintain records of employee hiring, promotion, transfer, or termination.

3. Draft and Serve Notice to Explain for alleged violation committed by field employees.

4. Conducts investigation and delivers Notice of Decision for committed violation by field employees.

5. Provide counselling as part of human resources Corrective Discipline.

6. Observe and execute proper progressive corrective discipline.

7. Represent the company for any Single- Entry Approach (SENA) hearing.

8. Conduct review of personnel policies by analyzing employment-related data to identify areas that require improvement.

9. Sending Absent without Leave (AWOL) notice to AWOL field employees including final and termination of employment notice.

10. Provide the company with any updates of Labor Standards and Compliance.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

1. Ensure the correct and updated implementation of Minimum Wage Order per region.

2. Checks validity and accuracy of Government Mandatory Benefits and Reportorial requirements.

3. Assist in field employee benefit claims from SSS, Philhealth and HDMF.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

1. Conduct research to determine selection or testing techniques appropriate for applicant evaluation.

2. Provide management with reports on staff performance and interviewing operations.

3. Assist in Training Need Analysis of field staff.

OPERATIONS

1. Ensure day-to-day smoothness of operations of field employees.

2. Assist in monitoring the operations of the field daily.

3. Attending to client concerns and issues as needed.

4. Represent the department for any meeting relevant to operations.

5. Audit operations department of their daily productivity reports.
