General Summary: 

Working closely with the Creative Manager, the Graphic Designer will help conceptualize and create best-in-class designs for instructional media in a variety of visual styles including, infographics and other visual organizers, motion graphics, interactive and web-based projects (UI/UX design), and other project types that may arise. The Graphic Designer must be able to find creative solutions in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment alongside a team of illustrators, animators, videographers, and editors. They will maintain efficiency and quality standards that meet StrongMind’s media goals and have a strong command of current trends, styles, and mediums. 


Primary duties and responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with cross-functional and US based teamsActively participate in conceptualization and planning meetingsEnsure all deliverables are to StrongMind’s high-quality design specificationsConstantly maintain efficiency and quality in all designsResponsible for following established operating procedures Responsible for following file structure guidelines Manage deadlines and deliverables in a timely, professional mannerContribute to department staff meetingsFoster attitude of customer service and collaboration with other teams and/or departments within StrongMind

Specific Job Skills/Abilities

5+ years of professional experience in a studio or agencyProficient in Adobe Creative Suite programsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
