The Project In Charge will be supporting the Project Manager in ensuring that activities are aligned with approved plans. This is a site-based role. Primary assignment is in Taguig, Metro Manila.

 

Qualifications

 

Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Licensure Exam) in Civil Engineering.At least 7 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skills: Project Management, Land Development, Horizontal and Vertical Construction, Performance Management, Progress BillingWith Supervisory experience in the construction field supporting Engineers, Architects, Site Admin Staff, and Liaison Officers a definite advantageMust be willing to be assigned in various site locations in the Luzon per project requirement. Primary assignment is in Taguig, Metro Manila.

 

Job Role

 

Exercises over-all supervision of the operations of the Project Team.Responsible for the direction, coordination and control over project implementation and coordinates with the Project Owner/ other Contractor regarding project implementation.

 

Responsibilities

 

Reports directly to the Project Manager.Supervises the implementation of the work program and ensures compliance to approved plans and specifications and project implementation procedures.Monitors the activities being undertaken in accordance with the work program.Conducts regular review and assessment of the activities to ensure efficient performance and compliance to plans and specifications.Represents the company in various meetings called by the client in absence of the Project Manager.Conducts regular staff / tool box meetings.Coordinates with other suppliers to ensure effective interfacing of activities.Reviews and recommends hiring, termination, and imposition of administrative actions for all project staff and workers, and exercises general administrative control over all project personnel.Reviews requisitions and purchases of office supplies and materials.Supervises the operation of the project warehouse in coordination with the Warehousing and Purchasing Teams.Responsible for the preparation and submission of various project reports as may be required by management or the client.Responsible for the preparation and submission of project billings.Other related works as required.
