Job Description
 

We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Senior Partner Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operations of partner referral and rebate programs with our partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end referral and rebate program for Zendesk partners.

  • Collaborate with Partners Sales teams to supervise, record and validate sales rebate claims.

  • Ensure the timely processing and payment of referral and rebates inline with Zendesk policies

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all rebates and related transactions

  • Analyze sales data and generate referral and rebate performance reports

  • Assist in identifying improvement or modification to the partner referral and rebate program

  • Communicate efficiently with partners to address any referral or rebate related questions or issues

  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years or partner referral & rebate management or sales commissions experiences

  • Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, finance or related fields

  • Proficient in Google suite products, MS Excel

  • Prior experience with Channel Mechanics will be and advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
