daily management of BIM data sets/workflows and projects set up

Liaise with Client BIM TEAM  to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to projects teams.

Effective coordination with all other disciplines BIM modeling team members.

 

Education/Experience:

Degree in Engineering. 6+ years of recent BIM work in Mega Projects, with experience in Design and Engineering work for Middle East Projects. Expert in other BIM software (Revit, Navisworks& AutoCAD) and Design software.Good experience in Revit family creation.Autodesk certified Professional is preferred (ACP).Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures combination of training and or work experience.BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction TechnologyExpert Knowledge of BIM ISO 19650

 

Duties:

Very Fast in Modeling and Expert in Revit software. Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks ManageAudit and review models in Autodesk RevitHold weekly coordination meetings with project team membersEarly design review and constructability analysisManage / Update BIM Project Documents3D Model Quantity Extraction /Verification4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk Navisworks

 

Skills/Qualifications:

Must be able to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge.Strong attention to detail with emphasis on organizationAbility to work under deadline pressureExcellent communication skills with team members within office and external client communicationUnderstanding of various International BIM standards (BIM ISO 19650)Good understanding of BIM LOD’s (Level of Development)Should have worked on International Projects.Good troubleshooting abilities.
