Overview

We are seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing team

Responsibilities & Qualifications

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives, validates, and updates data.May perform some related clerical duties.Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.  Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Experience:
Typically requires a high school diploma.May require 0-1 years of general work experience.Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.
Computer/Technical:
Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookDemonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applicationsData ControlData Entry-KeyboardingOffice TechnologyGeneral Office Software
Other Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skillsExcellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessaryProven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervisionAbility to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information
