Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistenciesCollect all information needed to calculate bills (order amounts, discount rates, etc.)Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of the final billIssue invoices and bills and send them to customers through various channels Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessaryReceive payments through various methods (cash, online payments, etc.) and check for credibilitySend reminders for payments and contact customers Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information, etc.Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding billsPerform other duties as assigned

 

Basic Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, administration, management, finance, accounting, banking, or equivalent.The candidate must be able to start as soon as possibleMust have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI, Medical requirements, and verified Gcash account (for payroll processing)At least 6 months of related experience is required for this position
