Server/ Store Supervisor for Yogorino

Cebu, Philippines Viva International Food & Restaurants, Inc. Full time

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the efficient management, operations and maintenance of the store assigned to him/ her in accordance with Company Quality Service and Cleanliness standards.
 

A. Supervises Employees
1. Monitors and ensures prompt, friendly and personalized customer service.
2. Monitors and ensures ingredients and products are prepared according to company’s standards and specifications.
3. Makes job assignments and direct activities of staff during shift.
4. Monitors and takes action to ensure store meets standards of operations.
5. Provides feedback to employees and promotes teamwork.
6. Sets positive example for employees to follow.
7. Ensures compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
8. Monitors and performs opening, closing and mid-shift duties.
9. Utilizes floor management techniques.
10. Assists in controlling costs.
 

B. Orients and Trains Employees
1. Follows the steps listed in the employee orientation and training manual
2. Uses station manuals and other training aids to train and orient employees.
3. Follows up and provides feedback to employees on their performance and retaining if necessary.
 

C. Ensures Quality Products
1. Ensures proper preparation of fresh ingredients.
2. Ensures preparation of ingredients according to specifications.
3. Follows proper procedure for receiving, handling and storing ingredients and raw materials.
4. Assists in controlling Costs of Sales.
 

D. Maintains Dining Areas
1. Ensures dining areas are clean and in good condition.
2. Ensures proper cleaning and restocking of dining and kitchen stations.
3. Ensures equipment maintenance is performed regularly and when necessary.
4. Ensures exterior maintenance is performed regularly and when necessary.
5. Assists in controlling variable expenses.
 

E. Ensures Quality Customer Service
1. Ensures prompt, friendly and personalized customer service.
2. Observes and communicates with customers effectively.
3. Recognizes and deals effectively with special customer types and needs.
4. Provides feedback to Area Manager/ Operations Manager on staffing needs to meet projected sales.
5. Handles verbal customer feedback and complaints.
 

F. Performs Administrative Requirements
1. Monitors attendance accuracy and completes payroll reports (ex. Work Schedule) 

2. Completes inventory.
3. Ensures adherence to control procedures.
4. Assist in scheduling employees.
5. Ensures accuracy in paper works.

G. Performs Other Related Duties and Functions Assigned by his/her Superior.

 

Job Specifications:
• Male or Female with pleasing personality
• Graduate of any four (4) year course
• With at least three (3) years working experience in the same position
• Knowledgeable in Profit & Loss Report, Local Store Marketing and People Management
• Ability to Train staff
• Well-versed in Excel Report
• With Good Communication Skills
• Can work long hours
• Willing to be assigned within Cebu area
• Available to start anytime
