JOB DESCRIPTION :

Develop store layout based on gathered project information and contribute to safeguard the Uniqlo store design conceptResponsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.Manages the schedule and quality execution of Uniqlo Projects in Shopping center, Roadside stores and Flagship store.Maximize the synergies between different store design components and collaborating with different department.Lead and manage the consultants, PMC’s, GC and other specialists to ensure the project design requirements are met. Ensure the project team goals are met, ensure design execution is of the high quality and keep pace with project program.Develop a balanced sense of customer and owner mindsetThinks ahead of future trends in retail design and construction industriesResearch ability and excellent problem solving skillsCommunicates well verbally and written with all team members and interacts effectively with all stakeholders Has crisis management skills. Able to deal with emergencies.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree and Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) inArchitecture or Engineering.Proven working experience in construction, fit-out, and architectural design.Visual awareness and an eye for detail.Strong Communication and project management skills.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field in a multinational company is required for this position.
