Lay-out artist

JOB SUMMARYGraphic Artist performs a role to create layouts and 3D model sample for the clients and for the office.

JOB DESCRIPTION1. Graphic Artist is directly reporting to Technical Supervisor and Franchise Relations Manager2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or Equivalent.3. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position4. Proficient in different graphic designing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)5. Should be proficient in 3D modeling. (Google Sketch Up, V-ray)6. Video editing skills is a plus7. Must have an excellent eye for quality design.8. Can handle pressure and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.9. Excellent communication skills10. Good moral character is a PLUS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Execution of designs and layout for the clients and for the office upon requests.2. Responsible for creating layouts, 3D, Collaterals, Banners, Tarp, and other Marketing materials.3. Creating designs for new concepts of product if requested.4. He is responsible in gathering information and data from the BDD Officer regarding the project.5. He must know if the info is correct base on the location and the construction guidelines that was submitted to us.6. He must commend and suggest idea once the lay out perspective are not appropriate base on the collaboration with the BDD Officer and MMD.7. He is responsible to properly execute the lay out based on the design submitted and from the locations.8. He must be keen to study the concept and study information and materials submitted by the BDD Officer.9. He is responsible to do rough lay out reflecting the connection outlet from the kiosk and cart, drawers and cabinet.10. He must see to it that collaboration is properly done with BDD Officer and MMD especially for Kiosk and Customized Counter.11. He is responsible for sending PO to supplier provided that Final Layout are presented; he should reflect his signature beside his name.12. He should do overall impression that from the Layout all small details are being design. This will help our Fabrication team to do and execute the design base on his works.13. Coordinating with the Business Development Department and Monitoring Department Officers.14. Responsible of a Graphic Designed is to discuss the business objectives and requirements of each concept, partners, no lay out should slip without his approval and consent.15. His daily works is to design and have a fair judgement over his works. It will differ based on the concept presented to him.16. He must always think that it creates memorable impact, effectively design from his work. In doing such lay out he can present the common goal of our Kiosk, Cart and that is to attract customers.
