JOB DESCRIPTION:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned vendor accounts. Develop, review, implement, process, track, and administrative oversight of contracts.Monitor contractual compliance, and risk and provide commercial/contractual advice to stakeholders. Prepare reports for senior management on vendor performance and cost-saving.Work with suppliers, stakeholders, and colleagues to identify continuous improvement opportunities in contract lifecycle management and working methods. They also provide procurement advice, plan procurement activities, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and controls.Managing the contracts, and invoices library - securely storing, organizing, and retrieving all documents. Keeping track of all IT-related contracts, ensuring that they are up to date, and managing license agreementsAssist in performing IT office administration and providing administrative support for efficient operation, including managing calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and facilitating section/ department events.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a college graduate of any business-related course. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in procurement, commercial or contract management or similar role Ideally, a degree or equivalent professional qualifications within a business/law/procurement or similar discipline would be advantageousCertification in supply chain management or related field The ability to foster cohesive relationships with stakeholders and suppliersGood understanding of: Project business Contract Law / Terms and Conditions Must possess the following skills: Excellent negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Must be knowledgeable in the advanced use of PC Software and Utilities such as: MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint b. Web browsers - Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and others Fair understanding of: Operating Systems used by the company, especially Windows Fair understanding of: Database Software used by the company Required Technical Skills: a. Technical Writing b. Shared file and folder operations, usage, and security
