The Consumer Sales Manager in Cebu shall achieve new install/ revenue growth for eventual achievement of sales targets. Shall be capable of designing a strategic sales approach and ensure its 100% implementation to increase market penetration rate thru improvement of subscriber’s base, capture market share and sustain strong brand presence. Shall oversee the sales recruitment, discussion of objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring sales achievement, minimize sales provision and product returns, and maximize profitability.
  • Ascertains completion and implementation of marketing plans, and sales action plans.
  • Managing yearly sales budget and ensuring allocated expenses are maintained within defined budgets.
  • Developing sales and marketing strategy, and maximize ROI.
  • Management of third party vendors ensuring they adhere to standards set by the company
  • Develop comprehensive business plan to deliver business objectives with clear KPIs and ROI on operation plans, supported with thorough analysis on market trend and dynamics, customers and competitors’ insights, brand propositions and sales force effectiveness.
  • Lead sales team/partners to attain sales objectives, ensure sales force excellence with efficient territory management, clear targeting and segmentation, accounts management, KPIs setting and performance management.
  • Responsible for ensuring brand promotion and awareness in assigned area is maximized
  • Motivate, coach and develop a high performing team, enhance team members commercial capabilities and accelerate professional growth
  • Work closely with LOB and IMG, contributing insights and strategic directions on new products launch to support company inorganic growth.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related discipline.
    • With at least 3 years as Sales Manager (A plus but not required from Telco, Cable and/ or Broadband companies)
    • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
    • Advanced MS Office skill in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
    • Consolidation of sales reports, data analysis, target setting, forecasting
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Has experience in leading a team of analysts
