We’re looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst who’s highly motivated to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all software and technology solutions developed by the company meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Execute functional, regression, failover, and certification tests Build test scripts for manual and automated test framework Document test results both for technical and business audiences Develop quality assurance standards and company processes Extract and analyze data from logs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and other recording methods of niche software Create test reports both for project management and software development Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production Performing routine inspections and quality tests. Raise, investigate, and track software defects Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues. Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions Making recommendations for improvement. Creating training materials and operating manuals. Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.

Experience:

Must have at least 3 or more years of directly related Quality Assurance work experienceProven experience as a quality assurance analyst or relevant roleExperience in manual or automated testing of a business application softwareExperience in Web Development Technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptUndertake QA reviews, document issues, report QA metrics (code developed, software faults, phases)Outstanding communication skillsGood knowledge of MS Office and databasesGreat attention to detail and a results-driven approachExcellent organizational and leadership abilities

Your Skills:

Experience using the following tools:

Experience in Software product life cycle and QA best practicesSkilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)Experience in application test planning, design, development, execution and completionSolid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.Experience in Web Development Technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Nice to have:

Experience in NodeJS development and implementationKnowledge on Selenium tool or any test automation tools
