DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEncode and validate the total man-hour rendered by all workers based on the given parameters (Scope of Works, Activity Codes, and Location Code). Must check if the accomplished forms have duly signed by the attending Foreman and Project In Charge.Submit weekly consolidated data to Planning Engineer or Project In Charge.Conduct a regular roving everyday (in no particular time pattern) but must roam specially during after break, dead time and before time out. Check the areas like barracks, canteen staff house etc.To verify if the workers are in their designated areaTo see if there are workers that are wasting time by doing unnecessary things or not related in his/her work activityPrepare an Incident Report of workers/ staff that are violating the Company's Code of Conduct and serve the Notice to Explain Memo and after review by head officeMust have a monitoring of the delinquent employeesOther task that the Supervisor may assign.QUALIFICATIONSCandidate must process at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalentAt least 2-3 years of working experience as a Field Checker or any similar role in construction industryAbility to work independently and being highly-motivatedCan work on a fast-paced and deadline driven environmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company eventsLife insurancePaid trainingSchedule:8 hour shiftOvertimeSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Field Checker: 1 year (Preferred)
