Reports to Position Title: SURF & TS Delivery Manager  

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Subsea Systems Integration Senior Engineer to join our team and support the development of the Company' challenging subsea tie back project. The Subsea Systems Integration Senior Engineer will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing various aspects of the project, ensuring seamless integration between the different SURF disciplines. He/She will support all the engineering activities related to the subsea architecture development, interface definition, ensuring overall technical integrity, fluid deliverability and operability of the subsea system. They will support the Company team in different phases of the project from FEED and along the execution phase.
 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, subsea / pipelines engineering, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:The Subsea Systems Integration Senior Engineer leads the implementation and the timely completion of specific tasks, as assigned by the SURF & TS Delivery Manager as required, such tasks may include Interface Management or Change Management depending upon the size and complexity of the assigned activity.Understanding and communication of system design and functional requirementsUnderstanding and communication of design drivers and decision-making criteriaResponsibility for the technical coordination of discipline work-scopes that cover the function and design of all parts of the systemResponsibility to ensure mechanical and functional compatibility and consistency across the systemResponsible for management of "design trades" to optimize the performance of the system in relation to the identified drivers and decision-making criteria across functionsUnderstand project drivers and implement in design/equipment selection (e.g. operability, availability, integration with subsurface etc.)Manage the integration of subsea systems to optimize performance and reliability.Identify, evaluate and manage the key system technical risks, seeking mitigations, populating risk registers, and ensuring critical, high consequence risks are escalatedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination of subsea components.Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in subsea  and pipelines engineering.Report on a regular basis all key information to the SURF & TS Delivery Manager.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the project team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.Proven experience (10 years) in oil and gas industry, with a focus on subsea and pipelines projects within the oil and gas industry.Strong understanding of subsea systems, pipelines, umbilicals, and their interdependencies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.Familiarity with project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and reporting.Knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental requirements related to subsea projects.Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Willingness to travel to project sites and participate in offshore activities as required.
