About The Job

What You’ll Do:

  • CDP (Customer Data Platform) integration and implementation into existing HCPH environment 
  • Use cases implementation – member of working group for delivery of tangible results thru selected use cases implementation  
  • Data Mapping and Transformation – close cooperation with working group over ingested data sources and based on inputs form business to create relevant audiences and target groups for activation 
  • Data Integration - Design and implement processes for integrating data from various sources into CDP, ensuring a unified and comprehensive view of customer data 
  • Segmentation and Targeting – closed cooperation with business and marketing over campaign preparation, optimization and assessment for further audience development 
  • Data source management – optimize of all data sources related to CRM use cases in CDP, ensuring data integrity 
  • Documentation – all activities have to be properly documented for purpose of transparency and monitoring 

    What You Need To Have

    • 2-3yrs of experiences related to data management or data engineering
    • Familiarity with data integration tools and technologies.

      • Proven experience in data management, preferably with exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
