-Create and update operations support documentation, and maintain tech and operations support document portalEnsure data security practices in the deployed pipelines

-Standardize different queries and optimize them to speed up query times

-Build automation workflows and ensure job uptime and performance

-Attend escalated support calls during and outside business hours (e.g. weekdays after 6 PM, during weekends and holidays, etc.)

-Identify automation opportunities and implement workflows

Qualifications:

Experience working with SQL requiredExperience in Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel - requiredExperience in Google BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, DaaS - preferredExperience in Hadoop or Big Data technologies - preferredExperience working with MySQL - requiredExperience working with Python/Scala - requiredExperience in JIRA and Confluence - preferred
