Elecrtical Engineer

 For  solar energy solutions, and we're looking for talented Electrical  Engineers to join our growing team. 

In this unique role, you'll leverage your electrical expertise to design customized solar and electrical systems for residential, commercial, and Industrial clients, while also playing a key role in driving sales team through effective communication and relationship building.

 Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough site surveys to assess customer needs and determine optimal solar system placement and design.

 • Utilize engineering software to design and create professional solar and electrical system proposals, including detailed layouts, equipment specifications, and cost breakdowns. 

• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in solar technology and electrical codes to ensure systems meet all regulatory requirements.

 • Provide clear and concise explanations of solar energy benefits and system operation to potential customers. 

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations that convert leads into sales. 

• Assist the sales team in closing deals  and ensuring a smooth customer onboarding experience. 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Fresh Graduates with PRC /Without PRC or Under Graduates  Can apply

• Willing to undergo training for  solar PV system design 

• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

 • Passion to learn & understand  solar energy technologies, electrical codes, and safety regulations. 

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. 

• A passion for clean energy and a desire to promote sustainable solutions. 

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• A positive and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport with clients. 

• Experience in sales (a plus, but not required).
